The Original Tenant agrees to transfer all rights and responsibilities of the above lease to the Subletter for the stated period. The Subletter agrees to abide by all terms of the original lease agreement and to pay rent directly to the landlord on the agreed schedule.

The security deposit shall be transferred in accordance with the deposit transfer process outlined in the Sublease Sprint platform. Both parties acknowledge they have read and understood the terms of the original lease.

This agreement is legally binding upon digital signature by both parties.
